SAAM Day of ActionApril 3, 2018, 12:00amNational Sexual Violence Resource CenterEveryone has a role to play in ending sexual violence, and showing your support for survivors by wearing teal is one way you can embrace your voice for change.
Wearing teal during Sexual Assault Awareness Month will continue the momentum of the #MeToo movement in serving as a conversation-starter for important issues about consent, respect and supporting survivors.
I think this is asking to much!
You will be identified and most of us don’t want any one to knoe
In my case the victims are myself and my daughter, she is a minor and I must protect her while fighting for justice for victims. Obviously I'm using a made- up name to protect both of us. The media would go wild with our story of survival.
I hear Mondays are a great day to wear teal to show support as well 😉 Teal Mondays
